• Garage door opener repair and replacement
• Spring replacement
• Garage door maintenance
• Replacement of garage door components and hardware

Services are provided throughout Colorado Springs, Thornton, Denver, and surrounding Colorado communities.

1. Estimates & Approvals

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection or request. Additional issues, damaged components, or required repairs discovered during service may require updated pricing.

Any additional work outside the original scope must be approved by the customer before completion.

By approving an estimate, scheduling service, authorizing work, accepting services, receiving an invoice, or making payment, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the scope of work, pricing, and applicable terms.

1. Deposits & Material Ordering

Material-required jobs may require a non-refundable deposit prior to ordering materials or scheduling installation.

Deposits secure materials, products, and scheduling resources and are applied toward the final invoice balance.

Special-order products, custom sizes, garage door sections, openers, and manufacturer-ordered materials may not be canceled or refunded once ordered.

1. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of approved services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Astonishing Garage Doors LLC accepts approved payment methods including cash, check, credit card, and electronic payment options.

Failure to pay for completed services may result in collection efforts or other remedies allowed under applicable law.

1. Existing Conditions & Additional Repairs

Garage door systems contain multiple components that work together. Replacing or repairing one component does not guarantee unrelated existing components will not fail in the future.

Astonishing Garage Doors LLC is not responsible for failures of existing components that were not replaced during service.

1. Warranties

Warranty coverage is provided according to the warranty terms listed on the applicable invoice.

Manufacturer warranties apply to qualifying products.

Warranty coverage does not include:

• Misuse or abuse
• Accidental damage
• Vehicle impact
• Weather-related damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Electrical issues outside installed equipment
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure of existing components not replaced during service
