Astonishing Garage Doors LLC is committed to providing quality garage door products and services. Due to the nature of garage door repairs, installations, labor, and special-order materials, the following refund policy applies.

1. Deposits

Deposits may be required for material-required jobs, including but not limited to:

• New garage doors
• Garage door sections
• Openers
• Special-order parts
• Custom materials

Deposits are non-refundable once materials, products, or scheduling resources have been allocated.

1. Completed Services

Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Astonishing Garage Doors LLC stands behind the quality of workmanship and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns according to applicable warranty terms.

1. Special-Order Products

Special-order products, custom sizes, custom colors, manufacturer-ordered materials, and products purchased specifically for a customer’s project cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after ordering.

1. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Customers may request rescheduling by contacting Astonishing Garage Doors LLC.

If a project is canceled after materials have been ordered, deposits cannot be refunded. Deposits may be applied toward eligible future services at the discretion of Astonishing Garage Doors LLC.

1. Warranty Concerns

Issues related to workmanship or product performance will be reviewed according to the applicable warranty terms provided with the service or installation.
